We finance manufactured homes located in a community or park where you pay lot rent, or on leased land. We cannot finance homes purchased with land, and we do not finance homes in co-op communities.

Homes must be located in a park where you pay lot rent or on leased land. We can only finance manufactured homes; no land can be included in the purchase. Age of the home allowed varies by state. Credit score must be 600 or higher. Minimum loan amount of $25,000. Licensed to serve clients in California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas.
